THE VIP Membership Details:

  • $300.00 per person per year (it's good from one year from the purchase date)

  • $200.00 additional for any other family member added to plan.

  • Includes 2 free cleanings, x rays, 2 exams, Fluoride, tooth whiting. Then all other services the patient receives a 20% discount on any other services.
